Cultivating impactful contributors to society through physical training

We strive to expedite the youth's spiritual, leadership, & athletic development through impactful coaching and mentoring. Ultimately leading us to our main goal, cultivating impactful contributors to society.

Trey Johnson

Trey grew up in Tampa FL where he attended Steinbrenner High School. He was a three sport athlete, while still upholding the academic integrity instilled in him. This mixture landed him a full scholarship to Villanova University. Trey played & graduated from Villanova with a degree in Communications & a minor in Economics. After his collegiate football career was over he declared for the NFL Draft.

Trey was picked as an Undrafted Free Agent by the Pittsburgh Steelers at the start of the 2018 season. After signing he suffered a season ending shoulder injury and was placed on injured reserves. Upon being cleared, he was waived and picked up by the Denver Broncos. After the preseason he was waived again and decided to take his talents north to play in the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played one year for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers where he assisted in winning the first Grey Cup, (Super Bowl), in over 50 years for the city of Manitoba, Winnipeg. Afterwards he decided to retire from football and take on the role of being a mentor and influencer of those around him. He does so in three main ways: Showing the love of Jesus Christ through his words and actions; Teaching financial literacy to individuals, business owners, & families; Sharing the skills that he developed over his 20+ years of playing sports to those who can still utilize it.

Micah Sanders

Micah Sanders grew up in Tampa, FL where he attended Chamberlain High School and played offensive line. During his time at Chamberlain he faced many different adversities, trials, and struggles that caused him to shift his focus from both sports and school to only schooling. Doing so allowed him to graduate from Chamberlain and ultimately helped him find his passion for Exercise Physiology.

After high school he got his NASM certification and became a certified personal trainer while still excelling in his studies to receive his degree in Exercise Physiology. During this time, Micah has been able to learn a plethora about various different training styles by working with clients who have many different body types and are from many different walks of life. These experiences have broadened his understanding, knowledge, and appreciation of athletics and the performance of the human body, ultimately bringing back his love for football. His relationship with Jesus Christ ensures he intentionally exemplifies Christ in every training session and environment that he enters by showing the love of Jesus through all his actions and words.
